Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality. Every order is thoughtfully packaged by hand and shipped with care.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm will begin processing the following business day.
1517 ships both domestically and internationally from our shop located in Huntington Beach, CA. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada over $35. Depending on where you are located, shipping times may vary from 2-8 business days for domestic orders. Most orders fulfilled through our shop ship via Media Mail. International shipping takes longer and varies from country to country.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, 1517 is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Harbour Millwork, 15831 Graham Street, Huntington Beach, CA. Our small operation takes place in the same building as Aaron Pederson, the woodworker who custom-built the 1517 podium used at our annual Here We Still Stand Conference.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
